• processing and confirming bookings

• delivering, setting up and taking down party tents and other rental materials

• preparing and sending invoices
• handling damage, missing items or complaints

4. On what legal grounds do we process personal data?

We only process personal data where there is a legal basis for doing so. We do this on the basis of:

We only share personal data with third parties where this is necessary for our services or where we are legally obliged to do so. This may involve, for example:

• contact details: as long as necessary for communication about a booking or its handling;
• damage, complaint and correspondence data: as long as necessary for handling and any settlement of disputes.

Functional cookies

Functional cookies are needed to make the website work properly. We place these cookies without consent, because they are necessary for the operation of the website.

Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies let us see how visitors use our website so that we can improve it. We only place these if you give your consent.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure website visits. This only happens if you have given your consent: if you do not, Google Analytics is not loaded at all and no data whatsoever is sent to Google.

We shorten your IP address before it reaches Google, so it cannot be traced back to you. Google Analytics places the cookies _ga and _ga_J23YKKPW7W, which are kept for a maximum of two years.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button at the bottom left of every page. If you do, measuring stops immediately and we delete those cookies straight away; you do not even need to reload the page.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website: where they click, how far they scroll and where they drop off. Clarity records your visit so that we can watch it back, including your mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. Clarity masks whatever you type into input fields, so we cannot read it.

This falls under the same consent as Google Analytics. If you do not give it, Clarity is not loaded at all and no data whatsoever is sent to Microsoft. If you do, Clarity places the cookies _clck (up to one year) and _clsk (up to one day), and Microsoft receives your IP address and details about your device and browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the button at the bottom left of every page. If you do, the recording stops immediately and we delete those cookies straight away.

Tracking cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, unless we have asked for clear consent in advance via a cookie banner or cookie settings.

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal consequences for you or significantly affect you in a similar way.

9. How do we secure personal data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access and other forms of unlawful processing.

• withdraw your consent, where processing is based on consent;
